Legendary Chef Henri Brosi has created an extraordinary menu of canapés for SHOWCASE.
Brosi, who left the Dorchester in 2019 after two decades at the helm at the 5-red-AA-star hotel, oversees the food offering at the Lansdowne Club, Mayfair private members' club.
The Lansdowne has been a mixed-gender members' club since 1935 and sits in a historic building on the south-west corner of Berkeley Square. It has 73 rooms, an art-deco dining room and an al-fresco courtyard dining area.
Brosi came fresh from a stint at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, where he was also executive chef. Over his 44-year career, the chef has also worked at three Michelin-star restaurants around the continent and led on catering at events including Royal Ascot and the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
