TRINITY HOUSE REOPENS FOR SMALL MEETINGS AND EVENTS
Trinity House on Tower Hill is pleased to announce that their spectacular heritage venue is now accepting bookings in either of the two larger function rooms for small business meetings and corporate events in line with new government guidelines.
Trinity House has been issued with Visit Britain’s ‘Good To Go’ Certificate of Assurance and the MIA (Meetings Industry Association) ‘Secure Accreditation’ Certificate subsequent to increased Covid safety measures. These include a new and on-going schedule of commercial ‘fogging’ – the sterilisation and decontamination of all internal surfaces with a light chemical mist which has been rigorously tested and proven to be non-harmful to humans, plants, electrical equipment, and artefacts and antiques, including paintings.
Other measures in place include the installation of an internal one-way pedestrian route; more windows open to encourage the flow of fresh air, and the increased employment - while the venue is occupied and in use - of dedicated staff to clean ‘high touch points’ (door handles, taps, coat rails, basins and benches etc) using the same fogging disinfectant solution. In addition, Trinity House has purchased a ‘temperature gun’ which will be available for use by staff and clients upon request.
Trinity House aims to increase bookings of ‘hybrid’ events (combining nominal physical attendance with an enhanced digital presence) subsequent to the installation of high speed wi-fi.

A team of British Military Veterans will be deployed to your site within 24 hours to fully decontaminate the premises in the case of a positive COVID-19 result. These highly trained operatives have all completed British Army Chemical, Biological, Nuclear and Radiation training (CBNR) or equivalent - training and therefore are uniquely placed and qualified to deliver quality decontamination in the safest possible manner, utilising British Military best-practice safety techniques. PPE is supplied to all members of staff and they have a strict policy in this regard. Once the project is completed all single-use PPE is disposed of correctly to make sure no cross-contamination takes place.
